Pros
Fast execution of new business ideas and open minded to new areas of exploration. Detailed training program. Intuitive in house software. Great team spirit. Lots of responsibility early on.
Cons
Office is a bit small for the amount of people currently and the company seems to be expanding further, though I'll told there are plans for additional office space in the next 6 months.

Pros
- Meritocratic progression is heavily pushed on their agenda - Support is always on offer for those who ask - Wages are above market rate at comparative firms (and they don't screw you over end of year bonus times) - Company culture is what you want it to be, with a mixture and choice of conservatism and/or extravagance - Excellent healthcare offered
Cons
- Early stages of joining will be hardest with long hours and steep learning curve - Company growing so fast space can be an issue (although they are expanding office)
