Pros
Nearly 30 years in crystal growth and laser optics for the commercial and military contracts market
Cons
Poor business decisions and management caused loss of contracts, customers and eventually almost all jobs. Business shipped to China or lost to competitors. Military contracts orders never materialized as promised and the few that were won couldn't be delivered. Low morale and general poor work ethic only made things worse.
