      Pros

      Super modern and clean office. Clean table policy which make your table clean. Super friendly co-worker(especially Hotel department) Good place to train your EQ. Free style management which makes you feel no management at all. You could learn how to be independent as there is no team work at all. Staff turnover is quite high. You won't feel bored as there are always new fresh people around you. Competitive salary. (For the boss)

      Cons

      You stationery will automatically vanish when you work next day because manager wants to keep your table clean. Company fakes comment and review to attract people to come. Treat employee like a machine and no procedures. Company is short-sight and east to feel no future to work in this company

      Pros

      You will become extremely independent after working here as the team is small. Will have new colleagues all the time. Suitable for fresh graduate to gain experience for a short term.

      Cons

      Less opportunities for promotion or salary increase. People are being paid minimum wage even they work extremely hard and usually work overtime. Lowest salary in the industry. They value your 'loyalty' but not your performance or abilities. Probably because not many people is willing to stay for long. No proper training was given, but you will be seen as no common sense when you make mistake. Staff turnover rate is very high. Only few people stay for more than one year. Staff has no idea about the company plan, company direction, strategy etc... No structure, no human resources management. You are not allowed to take over 1 week holiday in high season because lack of manpower. Management has spent their time on writing the positive reviews here to attract people to work for them.

      No Benefits Hard to get holidays "Company Travel once a year" but it would be taken from your holidays or during Christmas holidays and only selected ones will be part Awful team, with their own group No career progression or 1-1 with your manager, if you want to say something you can't Low, very low salary for the industry
