Pros

free meals cab service google office

Cons

You will be asked to clear certification and passing ratio is almost 20 out of 100 so apply only if you have a backup(the whole process will take 3 weeks approx). I hand salary would be close to 20k that too if you are in a night shift(fresher). This post has to do nothing with research it is more a kind of data mining job. No growth.

Pros

On a Google Payroll things are pretty fine. Good work life balance, perks and meals, good timings and flexibility, supportive enough to give you freedom to let you do your work as a bit of Google culture is followed.

Cons

Not enough skills to learn, overtime the job becomes really monotonous boring and if not promoted all the excitement is lost. Management sometimes is very biased and in some projects that do cause a problem for the subordinates as middle level managers are free to decide whom to fire and hire without any substantial reason. Very Political which can be minimized Very low salary and the reason can be well guessed.

Pros

Nothing to note. Had a good manager but that's about it

Cons

Where do I begin. HR: When you are hired by Vaco, please do not believe a word the HR recruiter says. - Never mentioned 6 day work week - Lied about the CTC. Final CTC wasn't even 30k hike. Included the bonus in the CTC when discussing over the phone. - First said Bonus worth upto 60k was quarterly, then changed it to half yearly. When the salary break -up was sent I realised the bonus is annual and inclided in the gross CTC. - Only looking to fill targets so wont do research on the profiles before hiring. Agents have little to no command over English but are expected take calls in English. Again poor recruitment strategies. Higher management spends more time picking faults in the process rather than give constructive criticism.
