      The work is outside, and other trades are willing to help on the job

      Cons

      The pay is POOR,their version of a raise is 25 cent. Instead of communicating,they will just ignore or block you,text you your fired lol. Do not wanna pay experienced guys industry standard pay.

      Pros

      Thriving industry and very easy to contract as much work as a market could service and maintain efficiency for margins.

      Cons

      Owners were in search of something other than building a long term industry leader, small firm to start and grew rapidly due to the insertion of Extremely efficient operations to go with quality service. This brought the big players in and company changed hands twice in a 5 year span.
