      Pros

      Recognition ceremony happens every month. Townhall happens every month.

      Cons

      Nothing is good about this company. Projects are garbage. Culture is used by HR and seniors to increase headcount and to benefit.

      Work culture, Culture activities, family like feeling takes good care of its employees

      HR and finance section can improve and bring in more transparency to show that we are different from others.
