It would be great to have some sort of long term vision we can work towards, The short term goals are great but a 3 to 5 year plan would be great. Sometimes it can take a little time for new policies to be put into place which can be a little frustrating.

Business practice is lazy and entirely disorganised. Pay to workload ratio is way off. Founders would much rather go for a (far too boozy) lunch, holiday or conference with each other than follow through on anything more than a ‘pizza party’ as a scrawny attempt at company benefits, let alone spend any actual time fostering an efficient or even pleasant company. Far too toxic food and exercise culture, if you can even call it a culture. Grey rooms filled with grey, soul sucking energy - my advice, never set foot in that door, you will regret it.
