      Great benefits but poor training support and pressure on hours

      Pros

      Great benefits, PTO, etc. Allotment for stay healthy and cell/etc.

      Cons

      "read the manual" was the basis of my training my entire career with them and there was no real guidance from management on suggested training - all the while I needed to maintain my billable hours. training, pto time, continuing education - all counted against your billable hours.

      Great group of people. Very personable and always there when you need a helping hand. I never feel like scared to ask questions or ask someone for help Get lots of PTO and actually encouraged to use it Help you work towards long term career plans and goals
