No pros, it was a very bad experience working here.
Cons
Bad work culture, a manager who is bossy and overbearing. No work-life balance; you are expected to work around the clock, even on weekends. Attend events to work when it is not in your role description. Salary gets delayed sometimes with no explanation. No structure overall. No HMO, No benefits, and they have a pattern of laying off staff after 1 year.
