Corporate policies suck There is no monetary benefit. Payscale is very poor & Appraisal is not fixed. They don't even have a proper HR Relieving policies are such that it'll leave you thinking about why you joined this company in the first place. Management will make unreasonable excuses to relieve you early even if you are willing to pay the amount, as they are only concerned about the billing they are getting and not about the future of the employee who worked so hard for them for so many years. I'll advise anyone not to join this company from my personal experience.
