Pros

For an unskilled writer, this can be a way to get experience. But as you improve you will stay at the same level.

Cons

They do not appreciate a person who is truly professional. The people who judge your writing are almost average writers. Their prose would not pass a freshman writing course in a third tier college. But they LOVE their own authority and also inject their personal politics into every interaction. They are sloppy and generally not very well-mannered. It's sad, because this could be a good platform, but management is incompetent and the rest are garden-variety stupid.

Pros

There are a few available writing jobs.

Cons

You'll will spend a lot of time writing articles, and then the companies will have limited amounts of credits per month and then they will not pay you for your writing. I spent numerous hours researching and fine-tuning articles, and I was only able to earn a total of $11.50. If you get lucky and they decide to pay you for your article, it is still way less than minimum wage because you might send about 2-3 hours of research and writing for every 300-500 words, which comes out to be about $3 per hour. Also, Verblio can fire you at any time without any advance notice. If you write ONE article that does not meet their arbitrary standards, they reserve the right to fire you, and you will never be allowed to apply ever again.
