Everything about the company is worst. 1. Company does not have a specific management hierarchy. 2. Company started in 2013 and still works like a one year old startup. 3. Shift leads in support are very interested in employee's personal life. 4. No Shift allowances. 5. An employee should be on time but it's okay for shift lead to come in on their own time. 6. Some shift leads do not complete the login hours and manipulates the biometric access logs. 7. They can fire anyone from development, testing and operations without any basis. 8. No weekend allowances. 9. CEO does not care about complaints raised by employees. 10. No stable teams due to upper management . 11. No job security. 12. Support people interfere in any teams. 13. ML people does not care what is going on in rest of the company except their own team. 14. No double pay for national holidays. 15. Your appraisal depends on your behaviour with leads rather than performance. 16. Client does not trust company anymore. 17. Half of the staff left in last 6 months. 18. No work from home policy even if the sites are accessible outside network without any VPN. 19. Partiality based on language, region and position. 20. HR is only for Documentation and Birthday cakes. 21. No Employer engagement activities. 22. Salaries vary every month. 23. HR not aware about monthly salary deductions. 24. They won't pay you extra for working hard but will deduct the salary for sure for N number of reasons.

People are not good specially senior..Girl are not respected, Every senior give different resolution.they didn't give warning letter and it was not my fault they throw out of company. I was getting good feedback from student and was taking lot of ticket and resolved the ticket. Senior troubled me and gave me reason throwing me out that they were losing contract due to me.they can't afford lose contract. We don't have bench policy and we don't provide notice period. I m today jobless.No Proper training was given. girls are late they told to come on time at 4,:30. When boys are late they are not questioned.Boys are giving reason I was late due to I got up late.i was making breakfast. Senior are making mistake they are not thrown but person who have joined just now are making silly mistake they are thrown out. When I had complain to senior manager about mis management immediate action was taken against me. As if I have done all the thing wrong. Senior don't listen to junior. Senior are watching movies online they are not quedtioned. When I asked one senior employee about it he says my premium is getting over I need to watch this movie
