Pros
Never worked in a business with such a friendly dynamic. People go for drinks together, the CEO & COO are people who you can genuinely count on if you're going through difficult times. There is also a room to grow within the company. I started in a role that realised I didn't really fit in to and they helped me try different departments and roles and I found something that I enjoyed and felt I could progress in. This is a company that invests in their employees and what started as a short-term job has developed into a career with the company.
Cons
When I joined the company was just recovering from a big change in the dynamics after the merge with Isotrak so people were finding their feet. But I would say the past year has definitely been a strong year for the company AND it's employees.

- Business is forward thinking and has a wide variety of customers - Still has that "Family Business" feeling despite being part of a larger group of companies - Colleagues are positive thinkers and always happy to help - The business is thriving, building great products and expanding - Management are "Part of the Team" and engage thoroughly with all employees
