      - Relaxed Environment - Friendly/Approachable Staff - Company in a nice niche - Using new technology

      - Pay can be lower than other similar positions - Short on resources - The biggest issue is that staff are not treated fairly within the company when measured against piers - Company is fairly flat so hard to progress
