      Learning and Knowledge gain; hardworking and very determined crowd of employees.

      Cons

      Bad work culture, unprofessional work environment. People dont get the respect for the work and service rendered to the organisation. Apart from the pay they have forgotten about the people connection is something employee expect to be motivated.

      Selfish and narcissistic managers. Abusive cross functional teams HR won't pick calls or respond properly, delayed responses. Team people will prioritise themself first before company interests
