      Great leadership, flexible hours, rediculous room for advancement, travel oppertunity to new markets. And honestly some of the most fun I've had in the workplace.very fast paced and lively. and structure in place to help you regardless of your goals or if you stumble along the way

      Cons

      For me living in san antonio it would be the commute.

      Working for Verum Management is extremely exciting. Talk about working with people who will constantly uplift and motivate you. Push you to not only be a better person but improve your work ethic and make you strive for greatness. From the corporate aspect to working hand in hand the company is a winner. You will be surrounded by amazing people from day one who aren’t just looking out for them but want you to win as well. Can’t express how much I enjoy working for them.

      This is a thinly disguised Multi Level Marketing "opportunity ". Touted ad a management training program, the drive to replicate automotrons to sell DirecTV packages, cellphones, and schedule security system presentations is rough. High turnover and a rigid office culture.
