      Good Technical growth and tasks are challenging. Access to lot of technical documents is mostly easy. Easy to learn with their mentorship programs.

      Cons

      Company is unstable, lay off is very common. The risk of being affected is high in Chennai office. Managerial bureaucracy is very high. promotions are pure politics.
