You're going to be in the center of the music industry in Bulgaria (having in mind that the CEO of the company is manipulating and blackmailing any other record company that is there)
Cons
Bad management - the only one above you is the owner of the company. She is an emotional wreck. Yells, swears, curses employees. Throws stuff around. Overall daily abuse. Salaries are a joke for the amount of work that is done. No benefits except Medical Insurance, Any absences from work are frowned upon even if you're on your death bed. People crying in the office daily.
