Company owner having three companies under one roof Virtual Construction Solution , iFieldSmart Technologies.....+2 are there , owner stolen idea from a us based company and developing software . you need to sign bond over here as notary through advocate. No mobile phones allowed . if you joined then the need to arrange system for you with in 10-15 days . one months trial time is there to check you are beneficial to company or not then you will get offer latter if the the owner wanted to give it to you other vise after 3 years of working didn't get. Full on office politics happen even sweeper of company can give you instruction to work without talking with any one. Only one tea and lunch break is there , you are not allowed to stand even if you are doing work contently. If you are resigning from company they are not allow to do ,and if you are not ready to continue then company not provide you the documents and nothing . not even your last payment . if you gave any suggestion to improve company then you will get fire with effect from that night and after you are not allow to enter in office to take your documents and salary. and best part id owner ,hr, project manager not even receives call to tell that we are not providing any thing.
