Pros

People act like friendly people, they talk nicely and most of the words they say are words you would want to hear.

Cons

No friends can be made in the workplace. Don't trust anyone. MLM marketing in disguise. They have all sorts of activities and coaching sessions but they can tire you out very soon. Especially if you do not have the mental capacity to handle seeing their faces almost every day. -_- Meetings all the time which I think is unnecessary. Driving you to 'sell' products feels like cheating people. I personally bought products which I am selling as my customer who is my friend, wanted to support me. Turns out it is a crap! Products are bad. Fully commissioned based job which does not make sense. Because what about days you are not earning anything? No logic. Even when I debate with them, no one can give me an answer. That is why I decided to leave. Truly bad! nO EMPLOYEE BENEFITS! NO BLACK AND WHITE STATED CLEARLY! JUST A FREAKING CERT to state that you are welcome onboard wth?

Pros

People are friendly and welcoming

Cons

Lots of brainwashing and manipulation involved in an attempt to make you stay and work harder. They will constantly talk about how other members are earning a lot each week and the things they bought etc. to make you believe that you’ll just be earning as much in the future. In reality, it’s near impossible to earn that much and would take you maybe a few years in the company - which isn’t what part timers are looking for. In fact, I made less than $100 in a week and you would need to work almost 6 days a week with long hours to hit above $100. When I asked about the salary I was told to not look at the numbers and the numbers will come in later - wtf? This contradicts all the monetary bribery and brainwashing as they’re telling me to not look at the money? They’ll make you do daily reflections which I find absolutely unnecessary and redundant because there’s really not much to reflect on, especially after a few days. Think they’re just trying to get a gauge if you like to stay in the job or not. From my time there, I didnt really learn anything that I can’t find online. Their daily meetings and coaching sessions are highly questionable as they just make up things or read them online - literally one guy read off a website and asked what we think about it. What they teach are pretty self explanatory such as “listen, not hear. dont hear selectively, clarify” but they asked me to take notes and you’ll be peer pressured into doing so as everyone else is doing the same.
