Avoid to work for this company. No incentives for off role employees. Many employees working here on off role from a very long period, they are never upgraded to on roll. Very little perks and benefits for off role employee. Despite working very hard, even achieving targets company doesn't give any incentives neither upgrade person on company payroll.
