Pros
Adam and Paul care and want to succeed, they help you learn a very basic level understanding of sales and how to navigate a conversation. If you are partnered with good co workers it can make the job fun as well.
Cons
Be transparent during interviews of what the job is (selling internet in Pawtucket and Providence RI) I personally did not see a way I could grow into leadership and make a true living wage unless I doubled my metrics weekly. I did this as part time when in school and it helped me lay out a foundation of sales knowledge which let me to find a high ticket B2B sales job post graduation.
