- Employee will get burned out and they still want more after burn out happened - No breathing scope for devs - Don't expect any help form any person working there - Toxic work environment - Lot of politics from the people who are working from long time in company - Always under stress - They want good quality code and don't give any time to think or to refactor anything in existing code and at the same time they want deliveries in like half week or a week - If you still end up refactoring, the guys that are already working on the project will screw you up - After Endless and sleepless nights in work, you may end up getting kicked out without any explanations - The burnout may impact your mental and physical health, at that moment you will be kicked out
