      Full of the same empty promises given to everyone all around

      none, mid&upper management reshuffle is critically required

      Higher uppers going around to junior associates and making the same empty promises like saying to me and other that "u will be trained for keyholder/associate manager" and then telling the others the same????? customers fading away rapidly
