      Mixed-up place where new hires are left to sink or swim on their own.

      Pros

      Most coworkers are friendly and are usually willing to help.

      Cons

      CEO's main concern is looking good for his investors and has no regard for people or the fact that new hires are not trained sufficiently. Each day brings more craziness which is why they have so many employees leaving.
