Pros
I had a baby, they supported me during the process, Wander allows me to have time for my daughter, it is a goal-oriented company, they do not control your time if you meet them. People are always for you, peers are talented and from the CEO new challenges are generated every month, everyone can put their own. Is a good company to grow with, makes me happy.
Cons
They constantly have many challenges, it is a startup that is growing rapidly, and you can feel a bit of pressure if you are not used to it. They don't give teslas to their employees hahaha, only free for those who use a Wander house.

Cons
Extremely metrics-driven culture with unrealistic performance expectations - I was let go after just 5 weeks without adequate time to improve. Work hours consistently extend far beyond the stated 9-6 schedule. The high-pressure environment prioritizes short-term results over employee development and work-life balance.
