Way to Go has an employee rating of 3.3 out of 5 stars, based on 23 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have a good working experience there.
Pros were you go daily per diem you didn't have to wait for it to come on your paycheck. They loaded it on a debit card if you left work at 7am it was usually on there by 11am that way you could pay for your hotel room for the day before you laid down and went to sleep. We worked nights went in at 8am supposed to get off at 5am but never did always worked over and I mean ALWAYS.
Cons
The not knowing when you were getting off, supposed to work 8pm to 5am but do to the nature of the job in remodeling stores, we were part of the skate/remodel team so we were in charge of skating up the isles and moving them around while another company did the floors we were responsible for building new aisles etc so sometimes we just had to wait till the floor people did their thing.
Travel, company-provided lodging (as long as YOU have a travel partner, company does not provide you with a travel partner), daily pay per-diem
Cons
You have to pay for travel, wait till paycheck before getting repaid, they will only repay with STATE MINIMUM WAGE If your partner leaves, they will kick you out of hotel next day unless you come up with someone Very limited number of options for projects to be part of, company only has 2 clients If you get sent home, you will not be paid for travel time or mileage for the travel home.
