      Great learn opportunity for fresh grad

      Cons

      Workload is insane and company has high turnover rate. Often ask for work to be completed at ungodly timings and impossible timelines. Think THRICE before even joining even if you're a workaholic.

      No pros, unless you just want to be paid for working

      Cons

      -Overwork -No weekend -Tell you 5 days workweek in paper but PM expect you to OT over weekend to deliver on Monday - Junior PMs that does not know a single thing about software development - If developer answer to Client for PM, for what have PM? Might as well pay the developer more to double role
