Lack of management unnecessary show off and sugarcoated promises over excessive use of branded stuffs just to show their standard specially the employees who haven't completed their respective educational qualification neither planning to complete it in near future. employees here are being too frank at the beginning to know you well, so that your information is used against you whenever their expectations are not met. some collegues here are too much touchy while working, also they pass unnecessary comments, they use lots of bad words while working. crossing all the limits on the name of sarcasm. no one can fix this even if it brought to notice it will be justified by the hr or the management. very toxic and unprofessional work culture. unnecessary late working and weekend workings. No progress at all due to lack of management. they living in delusion and only give priority to one or two brands rest all brands on toss. they do appreciate people just to make deserving jealous. They say there is no office politics but can't make a day without politics. Hurting religious sentiments on the name of sarcasm specially jokes on minorities. very selfish in term of salary and pay you late some times.
