The company lacks a clear structure in India. Leadership changes happen abruptly, and these changes are often followed by multiple resignations, which creates ongoing instability.
There are no fixed work hours or boundaries. Employees are contacted late at night based on the CEO’s schedule in Canada, which affects work–life balance.
Overall, constant monitoring, unclear structure, high turnover, and poor respect for personal time make this a challenging place to work.
