Pros
The company provides opportunities to work on critical projects and gain exposure to different technologies. Colleagues are generally supportive and there are opportunities to learn and grow technically. But it all depends on your manager to assign the work
Cons
Management practices within some teams can be inconsistent. Employee concerns are not always handle with the level of empathy and professionalism expected. There have been instances where confidentiality around employee discussions appeared to be compromised, leading to reduced trust within team.Work-life balance and flexibilty can also be challenging , particularly during personal or family emergencies, where managerial support may vary significantly. Performance discussions and feedback processes could be more transparent and objective. Employees would benefit from a more supportive leadership culture that encourages open communication without fear of negative repercussions. After being raised concerns multiple times HR and Skip level managers are comeback and ask for the documentation of being targeted and they won't understand your emotional well being been tested the entire time
