Pros

NO PROS EXSIST. JOB ADS ARE LIES. Their pictures are fake.

Cons

Everything you read about them is fake and their job posts are all lies. You are a sales person on foot, working by commission. Just take a look at their website, which only states 'general' and 'vague' terms about what they supposedly do. These people get some kind of government contract where they force 'you' to do the dirty work for them, and by that I mean sell. I was told by a source who actually speaks to people that do sales for WL that they are selling phones to people with medicaid. It's all government based and you get commission from the government. WL doesn't even pay you. When you go to their interview, notice they do not have a titled sign out side of their office suite. That's because these types of businesses pick and go whenever it's too risky for them or they need to tackle another location. They aren't stable. During the interview they will try to brain wash you with enticing words such as, "marketing, sports events, new offices, travel time, working with clients, salary, promotions, growth, etc." It's all a lie. They DO NOT have any affiliations, sponsorship, partnerships with any other businesses. They will tell you that they do B2B agreements with big corporations like AT&T, Unicef, Plenti, Verizon, etc. It's a lie because they acquire government contracts. I wouldn't be surprised if all of their business efforts are scams/frauds. Please do not waist your time with them and do your research!

Pros

Fun work environment, very unconventional, good training program, if you do become good at it can become a very beneficial and profitable position.

Cons

Commission base, no benefits, long hours, there is no actual job security. The company is built on alway hiring because of how frequently people leave. It is a door to door sales job; however, they will tip toe around the word during your first couple of rounds of interviews. They are sales people and they train the managers and the trainers there to sell you this position that it's an opportunity waiting to happen for you.
