No scope for any mistakes. Mistakes are only met with harsh reprimands and no real constructive feedback, just condescension.
Management (founders) spoke behind employees' backs using very inappropriate language. They frequently and explicitly scrutinized coworkers' appearances, and personalities and probed into unnecessary details about their personal lives including openly speculating whether anyone had disabilities.
Management tries to make you feel guilty for taking leave even on major public holidays. There is absolutely zero work/life balance at this firm and the managers will make sure of that.
Very hierarchical management. They impose their views on employees and if anybody presents a different view then they will intimidate your or shoot your ideas down openly.
No HR department so there are zero checks and balances to report any supervisor misconduct or breach of rights.
