The nature of your pay is completely dependent on your work and involvement, which also means there are no barriers of how much you can earn. You need to be good with people and communicate extremely well.
Cons
Because the pay is completely dependent on you, there could be a time when you go a month without pay, and then next month you make a bank. So for those seeking past way of making money this might not be the best option (unless you are really good at selling). There are also quite a few calls involved, so you have to be comfortable talking to people on a daily basis.
