      Very Low Salary, No work-life balance

      Mid year bonus, end year bonus, many company outings

      Cons

      Salary is way below market rate. You get better salary working full time at an F&B. No work life balance. You'll be burnt out here. Not a good place for entry level, you'll have to figure things out on your own. CEO always take request for client at good-will(for free). Even if it means doing it after office hours. Be prepared to complete tasks at odd hours on repeated basis (middle of night of early am 4am-6am)

      Opportunities to learn many skills, projects with customers and partners from many different industries. Get to learn many soft and hard tech skills. Overall, friendly and helpful colleagues, very supportive. Understanding, open and caring management. Flexible work arrangements. Employee empowerment to grow together as an individual, a team, and a company.

      Cons

      Challenged in the need to handle multiple projects deliveries, and clients requesting for tight timelines. Need to manage time and expectations well.
