Pros
I worked there as a software tester it was good exp to learn crm only the MD and manager are friendly
Cons
As there is no leaves and 3monts np because of it, it is very tough to find a new job no one will entertain you with 3months np.. they deduct your salary in start only and no refund funda.. no legal documents.. work environment is very bad.. no process to work.. hike is only for developers.. you will work hard which is not considered if you do any mistake.. and if you don't serve your np they will not give your salary and even exp letter... the MD and manager are friendly for their purpose only..
