-friendly and helpful co workers/boss -great place to learn and improve in short amount of time -not boring due to different design tasks and challenges everyday -chill workplace
Cons
-sometimes need to deal with nit picky clients -unorganized workload and deadlines -last minute designs that need to be completed asap -boss asking to do job during public holiday and weekends
