Cons
Poor management. False promises. It’s almost as if the longer your there the less valued you become I can speak for many employees that I have worked with while I was there, all would say the same thing. Unrealistic expectations. They except you to do a massive list of jobs along with all the other jobs you have to do. They will expect you to do this all on your own even on a busy day. If your not done by the exact time they want you finished they get annoyed at you. If management have an issue with you they will be in a bad mood with you all day and not tell you why till the end of the day. Some micro management such as constantly telling you to do something even when you are about to do it or are in the middle of doing it. Checking up on you constantly to ensure that your doing your job right to the point where it just becomes too often. Treating you like they don’t fully trust you. And so many signs in the back telling you what you can and can’t do, what you will be penalised for and the ridiculous amount of daily jobs that get done. You also have to pay for your lunch which I think is very disrespectful to your staff as they are on minimum wage. Yes it’s discounted but still they work so hard yet don’t even get a free lunch like not even a sandwich. And lastly when you have been an employee for a long enough time you realise that they don’t care if other employees make mistakes but the second you do it’s as if you have destroyed their reputation and business.
