      Company struggling due to mangement, and lack of looking at the big picture to make it better.

      Pros

      If you care about helping people who get injured at work, and help with physical work ups, its a good place to work. A lot of repetitive work, so you can become an efficient part of the team.

      Cons

      Overworked employees and a lack of a good training can cause an irritated work environment. The lack of having enough staff when needed is a big problem. Measuring not only work flow and the obstacles are apparent, but management refuses to listen to workers who have experience to improve items.

      Full time is Monday thru Friday

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible. Very toxic work environment. Manager talks bad about all employees behind their backs and even about the providers. When you bring a problem to the manager it never gets taken care of.

      Insane work environment

      Pros

      Several medical assistants and techs who really know their jobs. Good physicians, both on-site and on-call.

      Cons

      Insane scheduling and office support, leading to angry patients in the waiting room (2-5 hour waiting times). There's nothing you can do when patients are this angry. Multiple PA's have left in a short time - this should be a clue, but the same systems are being used. "We're just like a family," sure, a really dysfunctional one. Working with impaired staffers - at any level - is just not cool.
