Pros

There is no pros about this organization. Its not only the management but the other senior employees are also fraud including the HR team members.

Cons

Quick higher and quick fire. Everything works on the CEO’s mood. No policy. 12 hours daily job shift for everyone. In sales at-least 17 members were dropped in less than 11 months duration. And the total sales members they operate only 3 peoples. There is no justification given for termination. Even at the time of the payment release, the salary is renegotiated and asked to accept 50% only or else they will terminate and not provide any releasing letter. The average survival duration for sales in this organization is 2week and then 50% less pay with termination letter. They keep on changing the sales strategy with-in days. The HR is well about the situation but they don’t inform in prior. They will only show its UK HQ company with 20+ years old but they don’t talk on the sales revenue which is “zero” as there is no active client in last 3years. This job is the biggest scam for any experienced vetran to take the job.

Pros

Fire and Hire: The company is quick to let go of employees, but also hires frequently. This creates a revolving door environment. Incompetent Leadership: A significant number of team leaders are freshers, which leads to poor decision-making and lack of effective guidance. Toxic Work Culture: The organization is heavily influenced by internal politics, which often overshadows merit-based performance. Immature CEO: Leadership at the top seems to lack experience and maturity, affecting the overall direction and tone of the company. Gender-biased Salary Hikes: Pay raises appear to be given disproportionately to female employees, creating an unfair work environment. Excessive Work Hours: Employees are expected to work 13-hour days, which negatively impacts work-life balance. No HR Policies: There's a lack of defined HR policies, making it difficult to understand rights and responsibilities as an employee. No Paid Leaves: Employees are given minimal or no paid leave, adding to stress and burnout. No Experience Certificates: The company doesn’t provide experience certificates, which makes it harder for employees to validate their work history. High Proportion of Freshers: Around 90% of the employees are freshers, which results in a lack of experienced professionals and creates an unstructured work environment.

Cons

Every aspect of this company feels like a con. From leadership to company policies, everything seems to lack vision, professionalism, and fairness. The company seems to prioritize short-term gains over long-term employee well-being or growth. If you are looking for career development, work-life balance, or a stable environment, this is definitely not the place.

Pros

1. The thief and gangster know only crap about Ai. 2. One of the most lamest interviews you'll ever attend - very easy to get in. 3. Too much fun - you'll get to see people carrying around their phones video tapping you to see whether you are working or not 4. You'll get to see a man child CEO conduct meetings like never before - please don't miss this 5. You'd get to spend almost 12-13 hours a day with your team mates - you just need to go home eat/sleep and then come back login by 9:00 AM sharp 6. You get a chance to do charity with your money if you are late by a few minutes after working straight for 12-13hours - golden opportunity! 7. You literally get a one time chance to experience what it feels like to be a personal slave for man child. Don't miss this opportunity you'll only get it once

Cons
