This contractor worked briefly for the company and was let go after being hostile and unprofessional towards our managers as well as myself when there was the standard delay of a few days for his bank transfer. Every single contrator or employee of WriterArmy, including this person, has always been paid 100% of what they owe on time. Even though it was the same payment process as it had been in the prior several months, for some reason this contractor became paranoid that he was not going to be paid during his final month and began lashing out at others. We do not tolerate that type of behavior at our company at all and therefore he was let go after a successful bank transfer was confirmed by both the contractor and our payroll manager.
