      Pros

      I help train the new support crew and make sure everyone knows the drill. Had a student once who sent about a hundred questions before they even ordered. Instead of rushing them, we just walked them through everything, showed them the referral deal, and checked in. They’ve been back twice since. Safe, happy students = happy me.

      I’m the one making sure the right writer gets your order and that deadlines don’t sneak up on us. Sometimes instructions change halfway through—no problem. I just shuffle things around so the writer can adapt without losing time. You probably never see the chaos, but that’s kinda the point.
