1.Salary 2.Leave policy 3.Management 4.Managers( They dont know the technology they will tell u learn any technology in 1 week and and work on the product as like you are pro in a that lanaguage) 5. They will never appreciate your work

All Employees in this company used to go to the office and work but they allowed me to work from home because I had a baby. They were very supportive.

Nothing any cons.....and all good.
