      Pros

      Only some people working there are have sense of what thy are doing. work profile is good except (management).

      Cons

      Its a MNC with no management skills. HR got establish in June, before that there was no HRM in company. HR states that company will give increment whenever top management wishes to do so. Every suggestion or questions asked to managements are ignore in best philosophical way. working procedures are as per worker & not as per standards.

      Pros

      Learning at XSP is a good thing. The company allows you to be creative and do all things within the region of the project requirement.

      Cons

      There is no increment policy in the company and does not meet the expectations of the Indian environment. Later on the management may turn against the initial discussion which was done.
