Pros
This does not exist !! This is a good place to kill time until you find your fit into an established company, a lot of the former employees have done this, I'll follow the same steps. By the end of your tenure at the company, you'll learn to catch the lies - they will lie point blank in your face.
Cons
The hiring of an engineer is done for administrative work. if your working for this company you'll never use any of your engineerings skills, I'm desperately looking to resurrect myself from them. If you've searched for reviews and read this far pardon yourself from joining them.

-The team itself is great. The guys (and gals) are great individuals that are very easy to get along with. Very friendly, very helpful. -Potential for exposure to various industries -Hours are 6am to 2PM. Getting up early sucks, but it was nice to be home before rush hour and actually have the day to yourself.
Cons
Several issues. - Regardless of what the job posting may say, the job is extremely clerical/administrative in nature. I felt I had been lied to. -The pay makes sense given the nature of the work. Literally anyone can do this job. The pay reflects that. - It took me less than 3 days to be able to fully do the job. Within two weeks I had basically hit a wall in terms of progression, and for the next several months I basically did the same repetitive tasks. -In my opinion, benefits are practically non-existent. -If you have an engineering degree and wish to become a professional engineer, this experience is NOT valid. I was told it would be, but it is not. I called PEO myself and discussed the job with them, at length. There is much more but unfortunately I can only say so much.
