Pros
Very good people in the team. During the initial presentation they will commit you the world and it sounds very convincing. But do not make decision based on this presentation, otherwise you will curse yourself right from first week of joining them.
Cons
Very very poor business case for the owner drivers. Your monthly expenses are $1000/ month for your new van (Never buy a new van through their brokers), $400/ month for insurances and $600/ month for diesel. The total running expenses are $2000/ month and you will earn an average of $1100/ week which becomes $4400/ month. You have take out your running expenses and left with $2400/ month. You still have to pay for your GST and income tax from this earning. They are literally running their business on the expenses of owner drivers. You will not make any money with them.
