Got to talk directly with the CEO, amount of small stuff I got to learn was incredible. Pretty flexible timings (atleast for my position). Got to work on stuff I was actually interested in which was a great experience.
Cons
If I had to say one, it would be uncertainty of upcoming work but that is the case with every start-up.
