Managing projects were difficult earlier but it's better now, The scope of work isn't really defined properly. More of it is delivered than scope mentioned.

Pros
YellowSlice pushes you right into the core of UX Design and gives you ample opportunities to grow as an early designer. As a Design Agency employees are exposed to hands-on work and direct client interactions in projects across industries, which is great for early career designers.
Cons
The workload could be quite taxing, and a lack of senior designers pushes juniors to take on work they do not have the expertise to tackle. Guidance is provided, however, limited.
