Pros
- Ability to make high-level decisions on projects (e.g. software architecture) - Freedom to experiment with many different languages, frameworks, and concepts - Really friendly and relaxing environment to work in - The team is constantly pushing to use new technologies and methodologies to solve client problems - Company is growing at a modest clip (in terms of clientele and number of employees)
Cons
- Growing pains with marketing + sales division - Still needs a defined process for front-end and mobile development (e.g. test-driven development, best practices, etc.) - Still doesn't have the best comp + benefits compared to other bay area tech companies, but that's because of how small and young the company is.
