      Pros

      There are very few reasons to work for York Exponential. Ideally stay as far away from this company as possible.

      Cons

      Very very bad management. The CEO not only overpromises the customers, but in any many instances directly cheats them. Engineers are treated like scum and underpaid a lot. Not one long time engineer has left that will have something positive to say about their experiences at York Exponential
